Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Sandeep Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ramendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant Lalit Panwar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 45 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Garhi Pukhta, District Shamli, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
