The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Preeti, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 1056 of 2024, under Section 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station-Highway, District-Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset submits that there is contradiction in the First Information Report as well as in Fard Baramadagi with regard to recovered quantity of contraband Alprazolam. In the First Information Report the quantity of recovered contraband from the applicant namely Preeti, and co- accused namely Aruna and Minakshi has been shown as 150 Gram, 151 and 301 Gram, respectively and in Fard Baramadgi total contraband has
