The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 278 of 2024, under Sections 103, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 352, 351(2), 351(3) BNS, Police Station- Simbhawali, District- Hapur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 07.10.2024 against applicant and five others and according to FIR, on 06.10.2024 at about 7:30 P.M. in the evening when niece of the informant had gone to temple then on the way co-accused Guddu and Sonu caught her hand but any how she managed to escape along with daughter of the informant and thereafter later on applicant and other accused persons entered in the house of the informant and made assaul
