Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0351 of 2024, U/S 74, 64, 77, 137(2) B.N.S., 2023 and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Lisarigate, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim several times and subjected her to sexual harassment. Subsequently, on 10.7.2024 at about 5.00 pm, he is stated to have enticed her away and raped her and even video-recorded the said act.
