Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 159 of 2024, U/S 147, 148, 149, 302, 506 IPC, Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant had an altercation with the father of the informant, as such, peeved by the said act, the applicant alongwith other co- accused persons is stated to have stopped the father of the informant on 28.6.2024 at about 01:00 p.m., whereby at the exhortation of the applicant, his son Aditya is stated to have caused gunshot injuries to him. The father of the informant was rushed to the hospital, but he died on the way thereto. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolute
