There are allegations against the applicant that he took his wife to her matrimonial home where she consumed poison and died. Counsel for the applicant submits that the incident took place on 13.05.2023 and F.I.R was lodged after one month implicating the applicant and two co-accused, Narendra @ Banti and Kiran. They have already been enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 18571 of 2024 and 54184 of 2023. The applicant alleges false implication in this case. He has submitted that it is a case of suicide. The applicant is in jail since 27.11.2023 and has criminal history of two cases to his credit.
