Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 503 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376-D, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Seepri Bazar, District - Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Sunil Shahu @ Chhunna Teli, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 8.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc.
