Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 1121 of 2024, under Sections 376, 323, 506 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Majhola, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
