Heard Sri Prashant Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 317 of 2024, U/S 76, 64(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Mansoorpur, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the victim has not allayed the allegations of rape in the FIR. Rather, the said allegations have been made at the stage of recording of her statement u/s 183 B.N.S.S., that too, after a delay of more than two months of the institut
