Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 564 of 2021, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 506 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
