Heard Sri Indra Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 118 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(M), 351(3), 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Modinagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five months from the initial incident and is delayed by about four months from the last offence committed with the victim and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
