As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith the co-accused persons is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and committed rape with her on 28.12.2024 at about 9.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
