Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anvir Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.586 of 2024, under Sections 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act and 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Sector 113, Noida, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about fourteen days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S.
