Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 443 of 2024, under Sections 87, 137(2), 64(1), 352 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Rasoolpur, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant and the victim have been examined as P.W. 1 and P.W. 2 respectively, in court and have not supported the prosecution story.
