The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.278 of 2024, under Sections 103,191(2), 191(3), 333, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) BNS, Police Station Simbhawali, District Hapur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially FIR of the present case was lodged under Section 109 BNS and other Sections including Section 7/8 POCSO Act but after death of injured case was converted under Section 103 BNS and during investigation provisions of POCSO Act have been removed. 4.
