Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 739 of 2024, U/S 64(1), 87, 351(2), 115(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kankerkheda, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 8.12.2024, the applicant is stated to have abducted and taken his would-be mother-in-law alongwith her 1 year old son and is stated to have committed rape with her. The victim was recovered after two days. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
