The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Anees Mohammad Alias Lalu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Araul, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of murder of his daughter. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
