Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.06 of 2025, under Sections 69, 64, 87 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Rajabpur, District- Amroha, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant aged about 19 years on 11.1.2025 at about 09:00 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7. The FIR is delayed by about nine hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 8.
