By means of this application, the applicant, Master Jamal Kamil, who is involved in Case Crime No. 341 of 2024, under Sections 9m/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Mawana, District- Meerut and is in jail since 24.08.2024, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier, the applicant was enlarged on bail vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.36949 of 2024, for the alleged offences under Sections 75, 115(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS and Sections 7/8 POCSO Act and also Sections 3(2)(Va) SC/ST Act. Subsequently, chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 9m/10 of POCSO Act and hence the applicant has approached this Court again.
