The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Rizwan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2025, under Sections 109, 3(5) of B.N.S., Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station- Mansoorpur, District- Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 35 kg beef is alleged to have been recovered, but no scientific evidence or laboratory report is on the record to suggest that the recovered remains belong to cow progeny.
