The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0708 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Kathgar, District- Moradabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 12.12.2024 against the applicant and according to the FIR, on 11.12.2024, informant went to attend the marriage of his nephew in Milak Rampur and in the house his wife and three daughters were present and in the night of 11.12.2024 applicant committed the murder of his wife and this fact has been disclosed by the daughter of the informant Kavita to the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that admittedly at the time of incident, informant was not at this house and entire prosecution case is bas
