Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was the informant in this case who lodged the F.I.R against one, Kasim and five other unknown accused regarding commission of offence of murder of his wife. Counsel for the applicant also submits that the son of applicant came and he tried to get the doors opened which was locked from inside. When it was not opened, he entered into the house after scaling the wall and found the applicant lying with his hands and legs tied up on the floor. Thereafter, neighbours have also testified to the aforesaid fact. Counsel for the applicant has further submitted that the F.I.R has been lodged by brother-in-law (sala) of the applicant who has made false allegation that the applicant has illi
