The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 576 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(2), 352 and 351(3) BNS and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Khair, District- Aligarh, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 25.10.2024 against applicant and others and according to FIR, applicant is jeth of the informant and he was having enmity with her husband and on 25.10.2024 when her husband was in the field along with Abhishek and Madan Mohan then applicant along with other accused person
