Heard Sri Mohammad Danish, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.840 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and Section 4(2) POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim alongwith other co-accused persons on 21.09.2024 at about 11:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident, obviously it is a case of outraging the modesty only.
