The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 380 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 34 IPC, Police Station Ghiror, District Mainpuri during pendency of the trial. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 13.11.2023 against applicant and five others and according to the FIR on 13.11.2023 at about 11.30 AM in the morning when father of the informant was doing work in the field then applicant and others made assault upon him through wooden stick and spade
