Heard Sri Amar Nath Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 04.04.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.115 of 2024, under Sections 363, 504, 506, 406, 323, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Baghauchghat, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., whereby she has gone with the applicant all the way to Surat, G
