Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 721 of 2024, under Sections 140(3), 64, 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Atrauli, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further stated that the victim is the consenting party, as she had stayed with the applicant for several months at several places. She is major, aged 22-23 years, as per ossification test report. 5. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. There is no criminal history of the applicant.
