Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012 and 3(2) (v) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Chajlet, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further stated that the victim is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S. She seems to be major by her looks, although, as per school certificate, she is aged about 17
