Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 271 of 2012, U/S 363, 366, 376 IPC, Police Station Hasayan, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. It is stated that the applicant was enlarged on bail in the instant case on 24.4.2013 on merits but subsequently, he could not attend the Court, as he had gone to Mumbai, as such, N.B.W. was issued against him on 10.1.2024.
