The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) BNS, Police Station Jafarganj, District Fatehpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that however, applicant is named in the FIR alongwith two others i.e. co-accused Anil @ Ghamandi Lal and Manoj Kumar @ Monu but it reflects that merely on the basis of suspicion, applicant and others have been made accused in the present matter and after considering entire facts of the case, co-accused Anil @ Ghamandi Lal and Manoj Kumar @ Monu have been released on bail by this Court and their bail order has been annexed at page 32 of the paper book and on facts, case of applicant is at par with them
