Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0373 of 2024, U/S 70(1), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 331 B.N.S., Police Station Khuthan, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. It is stated that FIR itself is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The instant FIR is a counterblast to the FIR No. 339 of 2024, which was instituted by the wife of the applicant. The victim is major, aged about 20 years and is a married lady. 5.
