Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 49 of 2025, U/S 137(2), 70(2), 87, 142, 351(2) B.N.S. and 5G/6 POCSO Act and 3(1)R and 3(1)S, 3(2)(5) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the co-accused person Vishal is stated to have committed rape with the victim by taking to a cafe, while the applicant was seen standing on the stairs of the said cafe on 26.1.2025 at about 11.30 am. 5.
