Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 422 of 2024, U/S 78, 79, 352, 351(2), 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station Sahawar, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. Learned counsel has further stated that the FIR was instituted regarding outraging of modesty of the victim. The allegations have been escalated to that of rape at the stage of recording of her statement u/s 183 B.N.S.S., that too, after legal consultation. 6. There is no criminal history of the applicant.
