The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 800 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 103(1), 49, 54, 352, 351(3) BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 2.12.2024 against the applicant and 12 others and some unknown persons and according to the FIR on 2.12.2024 at about 2 to 3 p.m. in the afternoon, applicant and other accused persons started making assault upon the son of the informant
