Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 452, 323, 376(3), 342 of IPC and Section 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station - Shahi, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with co-accused persons is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, on 23.06.2024 at about 02:00 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. H
