The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Shameem, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.190 of 2023, under Sections 302 IPC and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Sherkot, District- Bijnor, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of murder of one person. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, first informant and eye-witness have been examined as PW-1 & PW-2.
