Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in S.T. No. 212 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, under Sections 70(1), 351(2) of BNS, Police Station - Kuthaund, District - Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have lured the victim in the night of deepawali and committed rape with her. The co-accused persons are stated to have committed gang rape with her on 31.10.2024 at about 02:00 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay
