This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sabbu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 98 of 2025 , under Sections 3/5(A), 5(B)/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.2.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no recovery of beef from the possession of the applicant. Only role of transporting the animals have been assigned to the applicant. During interception, seven cow and one calf was recovered from the canter and all are alive.Learned
