Act, Police Station- Thariaon, District- Fatehpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had subsequently posted the said indecent photographs of the victim, clicked during the said coitus, on Instagram, thereby maligned the victim. 5.
