As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the informant/victim on 19.12.2024 and subsequently on 24.12.2024 at about 8:30 a.m., he had again attempted to commit rape with her by entering into the sugarcane field where she was doing work. 6.
