Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.16 of 2025, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 376, 498A I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who happens to be brother-in-law (Dewar) of the victim, is stated to have committed rape with her and kept on establishing corporeal relationship with her as her husband was impotent. The victim is stated to have given birth to a baby-girl in the year, 2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
