The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Manish Rajpoot with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Mahobkanth, District- Mahoba. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 26 Kg. 447 Grams of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered during interception by the Police Party. The applicant was not arrested from the spot. The alleged recovery was effected from the co-accused.
