Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.60 of 2025, under Sections 123, 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Lisari Gate, District- Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by rendering her unconscious by administering her some obnoxious material about two months before the institution of FIR. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 26 years. There is no medical corroboration of the incident. The criminal
