The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.294 of 2024, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238 and 61(2) BNS, Police Station Indargarh, District Kannauj during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 6.11.2024 against the applicant and three others and according to the FIR, on 3.11.2024 in the evening co-accused Ankit Verma had taken the son of the informant from his house and thereafter he did not return and in this regard next day, i.e., on 4.11.2024 informant lodged a missing report and on 6.11.2024 his dead body was found.
