Applicant seeks bail in Session Case No.88 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No.359 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Seharamau Dakshini, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is named in the FIR, but the victim in her statements recorded U/s 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. has categorically denied being enticed away by the applicant or being ravished by him. The name of the applicant has com
