Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Amit Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.54 of 2025, under Sections 65(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kasya, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim and caught her hand indecently. After hearing her shrieks, the family members are stated to have reached there, as such, the applicant is stated to have run away from the place of occurrence. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. No date and time of offence is mentioned in the FIR, as
