Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Amit Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.54 of 2025, under Sections 65(2) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kasya, District- Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim and caught her hand indecently.
