The present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Smt. Pinki with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station-Kidwai Nagar, District-Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 20.900 Kilogram of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that although the alleged Ganaja was recovered from the house of the applicant but the same was belonged from the co-accused as is clear from the confessional statement of the co-accused.
