The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.22 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Behat, District- Saharanpur. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there are four cases shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, the bail order is annexed as Annexure no.2 to the affidavit. It is also submitted that 18 other criminal history of the applicant has been explained. It is further submitted that the co-accused Saddam has already been released on bail passed by this Court on 10.04.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11800 of 20245 It is further submitted that the applicant is not a member or leader or organiz
