Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Session Trial No.152 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No.702 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and Section 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Baraut, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim several times during last two months upto 19.10.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 5 days from the last offence committed with the victim and there is no explanation of the said delay either. There is no date an
