Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 118 of 2014, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C., Police Station Bahjoi, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. It is further stated that the victim is major and is the consenting party, as is evident from the fact that she is the deponent in the instant affidavit filed in support of the bail application. The victim and the applicant had gone to Punjab and were living thereat as husband and wife and they have three offsprings out of the said marriage. The instant case is just the misuse of the process of law. 6. There is no criminal history of the applicant.
